Single origin drinking chocolate. Finely shaved chocolate for melting into your preferred drinking chocolate or dessert.
We purchased cacao from a smallholder farmer Emilce Castro (who farms in Arauca, Northern Colombia), roasted it with our coffee roaster, then crushed/ de-husked/ and conched it for days with panela (also from Colombian small-scale farmers, in Nariño) using a granite wet mill. All to deliver you a deeply authentic and delicious product with best-in-show provenance.
Hot Chocolate recipe:
At home: simply mix 28g per 200g of warmed milk (dairy or oat are recommended) with a whisk.
Cafe: add a dash of hot water then swirl for 5 seconds, then add cold milk and steam.
